Paramedic
With over 20 years of Emergency Medical Services experience, Jon is a Nationally Registered and Licensed Paramedic. Based in New Jersey, he is the Field Training and Performance Coordinator overseeing the Driver Education Program that educates over 1,400 MAVOs, EMTs, paramedics, and critical care nurses. Jon has held an instructorship in countless pre-hospital programs since 2009 and is a founding member and Executive Officer of his department’s honor guard. Along with a cohort of seasoned Garden State EMS champions, he is actively laying the foundation for the New Jersey State EMS Honor Guard. Collecting patches and challenge coins has become a cathartic means of bridging the stress and trauma of the job with peer-to-peer interaction and support. And he is well known for bringing a calming presence and powerful movie one-liners to any chaotic situation.
